The staff there was very nice and helpful but the manager was a little nasty

We have a family member that is not well and the crew at this Hertz made sure we were situated with a vehicle. Absolutely awesome job!

This hertz location is by definition costumer service.nnMy gentleman Tim and Dave really went the extra mile (no pun intended) ;) to assure I liked the car I was getting and understood what I needed to know.nThese guys are professional, and easy to understand, they will get you on the road within minutes of arriving.nnGod bless you both!

Lets be honest here. There is literally no Customer service skills whatsoever. Very rude over the phone and as i came in through the door. I work HR services for a corporation and if i ever had employees treat customer and potential clients they would be fired.

They give you one price and charge your card a totally different one.
