Budget Car Rental

Horrible experience. Stay away! Budget.com gave me a price with a discount which was in the confirmation email from them. When I came to BUDGET OF MATAWAN to pick up the truck I provided my confirmation number, was asked a credit card, signed papers and picked up the truck. A few weeks later I checked my credit card and saw that I was charged $260 more that the price from Budget.com. Called to Budget and was told that their system shows that my confirmation was cancelled, so I paid the price without any discounts and they couldn't help me. It is fraud! When I came to BUDGET OF MATAWAN to pickup the truck I provided my confirmation which was active, otherwise I wouldn't get the truck. Looks like someone cancelled my reservation with the discount price and charged me the full price without informing me. Stay away!
