Here's the deal. If you're reading this that means you want to know what to expect when you find yourself in middletown Enterprise Rent A Car. Ill tell you this dear readers....expect an enjoyable experience with a team of ppl that actually take pride in their work (actual pride not that fake half @ss business). That being said the store manager Ryan is the most helpful and courteous manager I have ever dealt with at Enterprise. You go in you see Ryan or any other member of his team that make it happen for you nothing less (yes I am implying they give more....within reason people don't get greedy). Another employee I had the pleasure of being helped by is a young lad named Dillion. A 19 year old kid with endless amounts of potential great attitude. If enterprise is the type of company that rewards its employees based on customer satisfaction (and no I dont mean a pat on the back) these two especially deserve a fast track to the top. Not doing so would be symbolic of a company that does not want to move forward with young homegrown talent. I do not work here I do not know any of these people personally. They just so happen to have made such an impression on me I felt the need to give them this review. Again you need a car go to Enterprise in Middletown. It'll blow your hair back.

I rented a car from the Middletown, NJ facility. The car was very clean and in very good condition. Everything went very smooth from the reservation to the pick-up and finally to the return. I would recommend this company highly.

A few months back I had a different review, however the Middletown branch has stepped up over the past few months! Chris the assistant manager needs to be promoted, this guy goes out of his way to make a good impression. This location will continue to be my go to in Monmouth County New Jersey.

I made a last-minute reservation the night before and when I arrived at the location the car I reserved was not available so I had to accept the last vehicle on the lot, which was a step down and not very clean. I had to clean the windows before leaving because they were that dirty.nNext, the EZ-Pass that came with the car didn’t function correctly and that caused me a bitnOf stress on the return trip, but nothingnto write home about. It was a Ford Fiesta and it did the job.nI would have been annoyed except I realized that the man who rented the car to me was not obligated to do so and did me a favor and so these small problems aside I was satisfied overall. Of course it would have been nice to get a discount on the step down vehicle or a coupon for a discount or free upgrade for my next rental. But beyond that I‘m good. I pretty much use Enterprise Exclusively for the last 10-years and don’t intend on switching. So that should tell people what I think. —JW, Middletown, NJ
