Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great service and a friendly place! Car was clean and ran excellent. Had it for a month and they checked in occasionally to make sure I was still happy with it. Would definitely recommend this Enterprise location!

I was picked up by Enterprise which was great. When I commented that the car he picked me up in wasn't cleaned well (garbage on the floor and between the seats), he said he'd clean it before I left. Except I rented a full-size car, and this was an economy car. I refused to take it. I had to stand my ground until they gave me a car that was being held for a car dealership customer. Not my problem. Except they then tried to charge me $100 more than my contracted price with Costco. After proving what I claimed, I left. The car wasn't washed, but he did wipe it down inside. When I returned the car, they again tried to get that extra $100. I had to repeat my proof.nnI wasted more than an hour going through this. Not a great experience with a location that I have always had good experiences with in the past.

The team at Flemington Enterprise went above and beyond to help us out when we were in a jam. We had rented a car from another Enterprise location, and when we arrived they told us they didn't have the car we reserved, so we were forced to take a smaller car that didn't meet our needs. We contacted the team at Flemington and they managed to locate a car for us and facilitate the exchange, making the process smooth and painless. Thank you!

I have rented from Enterprise regularly for 20 years, at times weekly. I have experienced consistently, outstanding service, professionalism, courteousness, flexibility and friendly, attentive employees and managers. Customer service is such a struggle for many companies, and I marvel at how, wherever I go throughout the country, that Enterprise consistently has superior service. Well done, and thank you. The Enterprise branch in little 'old Flemington, NJ in particular, has always had outstanding managers and team--a group of friends always willing to help me however they can.
