There's only one person in the office to service the long line, waiting time was too long specially that was in 8-9am on Saturday morning. Also close time should be extend to night time during the weekend day in Manhattan, that does not make sense closing return center at 3pm before most of New Yorker finished their trip and want to returned their cars on Sunday. The store hours on weekend is not meet customer needs.

Staff is super friendly. Cars clean and well maintained. Return any time you like. No hidden fees.

Service is great! They always provide me with a car I want. I used West 43rd st location. Richard does an amazing job helping me with my rental. There is some new during my reservation Angie was excellent!

My experience is that renting from city locations can be challenging. Small garage, limited options regarding cars, and often ques at the counter. This time was completely different and so much better. Could be used as a “best practice” example on how to do this. I was a little early but was greeted with a smile, and the “car specialist” had a profound interest in setting me up with the car that best fitted my needs. She was really able to put herself in my place and helped me get the best possible experience, not just picking up the car, but for the hole rental.

their staff efficiency is really low, for both pickup and drop off, I spent more than 30mins waiting for my turn.
