Amazing staff!! Everything went really well. I was informed about everything regarding my rental and rental policies.
Horrible place to ever rent a car. Please don't waste your time trying to call this place. They never answer the phone and customer service is the worst. I rarely leave a nasty review but this place needs better management.
Take care,n1. Make a reservation before going to them.nn2. Call them on phone(office phone) not the company phone, and ask them if they have cars, the customer service on phone made us reservaions when we went to them they told us no cars.nn3. I went two times and I will go to the third time tomorrow, I spent 150$ on transportation to lease a carud83dude20 to work with it.
The customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced.
They were very helpful and courteous ..... Love to work with them again in the future .... They made the car rental experience less stressful ...
