Avis Car Rental

I went there for my reservation and the staff told me the only had a van available, I was not informed about the situation after driving 10 miles with someone who was doing me a favor, next thing they tell me to wait to see if I get lucky and some cars get returned, after 15 minutes some cars arrived, I was given a dirty car with smoke smell inside and missing the drivers mat... I asked for a replacement the staff told me there was no smell and the car wasn't that dirty (outside) I did mentioned I have a newborn.. but nothing, not even a discount.. I had to take the car because I had an appointment and uber doesn't take baby sits ... now I'm planning on going back tomorrow to change the car since it's too late today, hopefully I get a replacement. Just can't wait for my car to be fixed and never again think about avis

My car wasn't there (not ready), personal didn't care about my problem (very rude and not professional) sorry to say this

Friendly staff, quick service. Entrance can be a little tricky to find since it's hidden behind Mavis Discount Tire.

Having issues finding the entrance? Avis is located behind the tire shop. Enter the shopping mall area where the safelite and the tire shop is. On the right hand side,there is a small one way road side enough for one car that will take you to the back. Go through there and the entrance will be right around the corner.

This place is great!!! Love it. Very convenient.
