Budget Car Rental

Car was filthy and the excuse given was the weather and that it was cold. He claimed car was clean from the inside but it was filthy.

I have been renting at this location for some time now and have never experienced an issue. Cars are always clean and great customer service!

Horrible. Told me a debit card was fine and then changed the rules when I got there. Had a FU attitude leaving me stranded with no ride. I was dropped off expecting no issues as I was told. Called Enterprise up the road. They picked me up and had me in a car in 1/2 hour. Screw Budget.

I dealt with Rosanna at the route 23 wayne location and she was beyond fabulous!! The most helpful and accommodating! No good reviews on here but I would use them again if I could deal with Rosanna!!! She made my one way trip to Florida fantastic!!! Thank you!

Owner and staff are efficient and friendly,, cars are clean, always ready to go.
