Avis Car Rental

These people are thieves, they overcharge your account. I rented a suv for a few days. My invoice said $285.00 but after returning the vehicle on time, a few days later I looked at my account and it said $474.00. I went back to them and they told me I would receive my over charged amount back. Its been almost 2 months and no credit back to my account. Avoid this place. Ruben the manager and his receptionist have been giving me the run-around time and time again.

We went to pickup a rental at this location and the guy behind the counter was very unprofessional to say the least. Rude and uses profanity at a customer service counter.nHe gave the wrong rental to a customer and he was cursing using inappropriate language.nNever ever at this location and maybe Budget rentals altogether.

This is the worst rental place I ever had to deal with. The one-star reviews shown here are completely accurate to my experience. If you have to rent at Avis, avoid this one. But honestly, i would avoid Avis altogether. Go with Enterprise, they are much more accommodating, not nearly as rude, and treat you much better, both in person and their customer service number.

They were nice and very fast..

Awful experience, the staff is extremely unprofessional and the owner is unhelpful. My mother had a several month mini-lease through her company that she was recently hired at. After providing the confirmation directly from the company, her license and a major credit card they still refused to give the rental because of a lack of the employee ID. We told the employee then the owner, on the Saturday we were picking up the car, that she started on the following Monday in a city 2 hours away and needed the rental. My mother even told them to contact the company or wait until Monday when she would start to send a copy of her ID over, they still refused and decided to be difficult for little reason. Most likely one of the many reasons why Enterprise is a more successful rental company and will personally continue being our preference whenever we need to rent. If anyone’s considering renting from here, there’s a bigger and more customer friendly Enterprise just a few miles up Route 23 and I’d highly recommend it.
