Hertz

Hertz used to be Number 1 in car rentals. Unfortunately I think they have fallen to the bottom. You can drive right by the place if you're not looking closely. Great staff though, and they try to do their best to accommodate you

I love this Hertz location! Rented from them consistently for six months even though they weren't even the most convenient location to our home. Very happy with them, and I'm certainly going to miss seeing Mike!

Customer service was great, but the cars are shot. Received a rental car, only needed it for 3 days max, by the second day the car battery died and would not start. I called Hertz before going to work and was reassured someone would come and assist me...20 mins later after sitting around waiting for them, I received a second call saying no one would be able to make it to me. After hours, roadside assistance was able help me and told me the battery was absolutely trash and should be replaced asap.

Not at all please with my experience here. Went in early this morning, 8:30 am, after dropping off my car for collision restoration. I was the third person in the office, and about twenty minutes later two more customers arrived. There were two employees, but only one of which was working. The other employee was on his phone, seemingly avoiding eye contact with increasingly impatient customers. The first woman being helped required almost half an hour to be checked out, and there were still four other customers in the office. I waited close to an hour before the manager finally arrived and was able to efficiently check me out within 5-10 minutes. The car I received had very low tire pressure and required me to stop to fill tires before arriving at my destination. Unlikely that I will use this service again.

Mike was absolutely awesome! Pleasant, professional, and delivered a clean car inside and out, unlike other locations.
