The Avis in Caldwell has become an essential part of our routine during quarantine. It’s perfect for weekend getaways when working from home at the parents place in New Jersey. Very grateful to Sheila and the rockstar team all around, and will definitely keep coming back!

Covid safe, simple and easy. I highly recommend renting from this Avis location. Sheila makes sure everything runs smoothly and loyal customers (like me) come back because of it.

This place is just horrible. The workers, the manager. Don’t come here. Save you’re headache and money and go somewhere else. Avoid this location at all cost. They will steal your money and act like they don’t know wth is going on.nnIf they needed the $ so bad they should just say it, instead of stealing!!!nnThieves !!!!

Pathetic customer service: Returned the car on time and within grace period of 29 mins. I was overcharged for $139 with fuel charges even though I refueled the car before dropping here. The customer agent said that I will get email receipt and didn’t get any paper receipt nor email receipt. Now I am stuck in this frustrating process of resolving things between Avis and my credit card company. I will never reserve from Avis any more.

Great experience from the start to the end. Car was clean and ready to go. I booked my car rental last minute and they had the car ready ! The Young Lady was professional and made sure my experience was great. I returned my car 4/21/20. Thanks for being Helpful and nice. We’ll definitely be back !
