Terrible service, lack of inventory and I was falsely accused of $1000.00 damage when I emphatically know the car was not in any incident or accident and there was no chance of it happening overnight or by another vehicle when I was not in the car. This place is always a problem, find another company.

We love how professional, caring and flexible to accommodate our needs since day one during our rental. The entire staff make us feel very welcome to their location. We do highly recommend this location, we had an exceptional experience that we never felt in others rental Company.

Horrible experience I was charged 73 dollars for a one day rental for a chevy impala. I went to drop it off and the rep docked me for a gallon of gas because the needle of the gauge was touching the end of the marker. If u put . 50 cents it would have went over. I'm 34 years old and I have never had a problem with this ever. I can't believe how petty he was. I was going to complain to the manager but she didn't even look friendly either. They have lost my business for life. Hertz is way better and budget as well. Those are the companies you want to rent a car from not these greedy and grimey people . Hertz and Budget is a better option for sure.
