Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had a great experience at Enterprise in Verona, NJ. Went in this morning as soon as they opened. I had confirmed a reservation the previous day with the corporate office for this specific Enterprise. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the reservation and the Verona Enterprise had no confirmation for it.nnI was recently hit by a deer and needed a rental car through my insurance. I spoke with Jay and he was able to give me a rental within 20 minutes. He was able to honor my rental insurance agreement and I was on my way.nnGreat experience.

Bizarre experience. Called the day before to tell them I would be an hour late. They said OK. When I arrived they had nonetheless already rented my car and tried to charge me more for a nearly identical vehicle. They had me standing outside in the snow trying to get me to pay $10 more per day instead of just honoring their price. Very small time.

Always excellent service - provided me a ride to pick up my own vehicle from repair shop

Another much better than I expected rental. Rented a luxury SUV and was provided a 2020 Lincoln Navigator! Made the driving part of the vacation so relaxing.

Rental car from 9/15 to 9/21/20 was given to me on 9/15 in afternoon. I drove early next morning for 12 hour trip. When sun came up that morning, I was blinded by dirty windows. Interior of window had film on it that caused glare and I had to drive off road to clean as best I could. That was only apparent in bright sun glare. Very dangerous.
