EZ Car Rental Monsey

I had an awesome experience here with ez rental! They have excellent customer service, they almost ever have available a car for you, they're cars are clean and in great conditions, reasonable prices, they are not busy with a magnifying glass searching for scratches after bringing back Your rental, and the main, they don't have an extra charge for under 25! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Don't touch this place! Renting cars for years but never had such a bad experience. First when the car was taken it was empty from gas, tried to go directly to the gas station but got stuck before I could arrive, they had some BS excuse. When the car was brought back they tried looking around with a magnifying glass to find some scratch, when they finally got some minor scratch theyithey said it's bigger than a quarter so either I pay $900 or they charge my insurance. I promise you they didn't repair it! They are in the insurance fraud business.
