Great customer service nice cars a very good place to rent a car
This is the second time I got a call from enterprise saying that I returned the car damaged. They always tell me that they don't charge for bumper damage so I mistakenly stopped looking at the bumpers when I pick up the car. Now they tell me that the bumper was damaged and I tried covering it up by painting it. Why would I paint it if they don't charge for bumper damage?! User beware make sure you take video evidence before renting from them. They always push the extra insurance and be forewarned if you refuse to take them up on their offer. Other than that, their service is usually ok and the cars are usually clean, prices are competitive. If you can look past the insurance scam, they are pretty decent.
Got hit with a citation bill a month after returning my car.nnNo details of where, or what the violation was.nnPlus Enterprise added a $23 administrative fee to boot.nnThe a threat that my card will be charged with in 2 days.nnIs this how to treat customers?
