Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Funny little place. I guess students rent cars, and Enterprise do great business in the local markets. The staff are excellent and the prices are reasonable.

Car booked but noboday showed up at the office. Called service phone but nobody really helped to sort it out. In the end, i have to go by train instead. Trip got delayed. Please be careful when using this service if you have a planned schedule. They might nit be reliable.

The location is very poorly marked. I showed up at 9 when my contract required and the location opened and there were no staff here. After 15 minutes of waiting I called the Enterprise number which was another office in Dover and they explained that someone would be there in 15 minutes or I could leave my keys in the drop box if I didn't need a receipt. I'm a corporate customer so of course I need a receipt. The gentleman arrived several minutes late with another customer who he serviced first. The office was absolutely disgusting. It clearly had not been cleaned in quite a while. After 27 minutes of waiting he could not print my bill and now I have to deal with the office I got the car from to get a bill printed or emailed. Very disappointed in Enterprise and this location. If there were a zero star option I would use that.

Cars could be cleaner.
