Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Customer service was phenomenal at both pick up and drop off locations. However your one way drop off fee was exorbitant and now since the tolls were closed at specific locations we went through you are charging us a service fee above the toll fee for each toll that has been sent to you and you are charging our debit card. Not pleased with that at all. Customer service would get a 5 star but your price gouging gets a 0.

I have only good things to say about my experience there. They were easy to work with, had a great car, easy to turn in, super friendly staff. What's not to love??

Beyond frustrated. I made a reservation for the York office over a week ago. You'd think if there were issues, they would have called me that day, instead of the day of my reservation to tell me that (when I already needed to rent a car) that I would need to find a way all the way out to Portsmouth FROM WELLS to get the car and because I'm using a debit card, I wouldn't be able to get it anyway. THE DAY I'M SUPPOSED TO GET THE CAR is the day they let me know this. Garbage company, garbage people, I'm beyond furious. Never again will I attempt to rent a car from them.

It shouldn't be that hard to validate the vehicle has a valid registration. This is the thrid time I've been issued a car that is illegal to be driving on the road.
