I had an appointment and was promised a full size would be ready. Instead I got put into a cheap compact hatchback which is really cramped and not at all what I wanted. I Was informed that it was a FREE upgrade from a full size. If it was an UPGRADE they would have offered me a regular size SUV free of charge. I was advised to call the next day and their should be a full size available to make it right. Yet again nothing available. Tried for two days straight to get a full size sedan.

This was my first time renting a car and I’m glad it was with Enterprise. Everything went smoothly! The day of pick-up went quicker than I expected. I was really pleased to to get such a new vehicle (2020 Chevy Malibu) with amazing gas mileage! My boyfriend and I rented the car and drove to Florida and back and we were averaging about 38 miles per gallon. Drop-off day was even quicker! Everyone we encountered with Enterprise was very pleasant and helpful! I was advised to use Enterprise by my mom and stepdad because they’ve always had great experiences with them and I would definitely recommend Enterprise to others for the same reason!

Everyone was extremely friendly. Service was great. Also pleased with safety precautions they take to keep me healthy as well as them selves. Will definitely rent from there again!

I rate a 3/5 because I recently booked a vehicle by calling the 800 number. Everything was set and ready for pickup upon my arrival. A few minutes later the location i was scheduled to pickup from called and stated they did not have any vehicles left to rent out eventhough i booked online and that I would need to call a different location for availability. I asked if you knew I was renting a car from your location why didn't you call around and have a car delivered here for me? The guy said, its Saturday, I'm short staffed and we don't do that fir customers. I said if you took the time to call me and tell me you don't have a vehicle you could have called around to see what other location have vehicles available and have one delivered here for me. He did not apologize or try to make the situation right in any way. I called four locations before I was able to find a vehicle to rent. I've never had a problem renting before until then. I will still rent from in the future. Hopefully they will rethink part of there services and customer relations.

Renting a car used to be so simple. $ a day, $ a week. Small car or large, out the door. Now you don't upgrade if you don't have a car, unless I book online. A week is not 7 days, its 5. Etc, etc. Marketing and profit dictate policy.nCar I rented was fine, rate OK after a lot of haggling and babble about P&P. Marketing rules.
