Budget Car Rental

Went to pick up my non-existent rental this morning, got told they don't have any vehicles available. Reserved online and get to the place and not a single vehicle they can rent me. Tells me to go to a location 40 miles away but won't even bother to call and ask them if they have any available, a trip to the East Coast already destroyed first stop. Nice job Budget.

I love the people who work here but after renting there for almost 2yrs and now they don't accept my credit card. That's some bull

We had been renting here without any problems until this week. They wanted, on top of the already paid for price, demanded another $250. Total would have been over $300 for 1 days rental.nQuite the racked going on here.

Gut wrenching customer service, spent a week trying to get a moving vehicle with them. Couldn’t even figure out there own reservations. This place is scam worthy beware spend your money elsewhere it’s cheaper and better.
