Awful customer service and I can guarantee you they don’t care about there customers satisfaction at all! I would not recommend this location.

Easy to find, Downtown Cincinnati location; Friendly Staff. Our rental had only 4,000 miles on it. However, the car had clearly already been in quite an accident! The steering wheel was literally remounted sideways and I had to hold the wheel at that same position if I wanted the car to go straight! My arms were exhausted!!! Also, the car smelled like a skunk was living in the trunk. I bought the skunk a can of Febreze ud83dude09

Small place, fast and pain free service. They pulled the car right up for me. The company booked me a Chevy Cruise for the drive to Chicago. They upgraded me to a Hemi Challenger. made my week! This place rocks.
