This location is now closed. The millennium hotel that it was located in is closed and scheduled to be torn down. as far as I know the nearest location would be the greater Cincinnati airport in Kentucky
I like them for their professionalism. They helped me throughout the process and explains all the pros and cons of renting a car. I would personally commend the gentleman on the front desk (downtown), Corey Washburn, for his very friendly demeanor and easy communication. I will definitely stay with Enterprises in future if I have to rent a vehicle.
Booked a car online only to arrive and have them tell me that they're out of cars. The car rental company is out of cars. That's like McDonald's being out of cheeseburgers. Not to mention the employee at the desk couldnt care less and made no attempt to see what other enterprise locations nearby actually have cars. You guys suck.
Incredible willing to work with my changing schedule - both in timing and location. A very special shout out to Emily at your Millenium Hotel location in downtown Cincinnati. She could not have been more accommodating, professional, and understanding. Because of this consistent excellent service...I keep using Enterprise. Thank you.
