I really am very satisfied with Budget. The staff on 4th St in Cincinnati are top notch -- I am treated well, get in and out quickly and the prices are as good or better than anyone else in the market.
I made my reservation well ahead and got a good deal, then got an upgrade to a premium vehicle for the same price.
Even though this was not a planned rental, they were fast and easy to get a rental without a 24 hr notice for a reservation. The car that we rented was outstanding, and drove like a dream.
I've been a loyal business customer of Budget Rent a Car for over a decade main because of the quality of the customer service, location accessibility and vehicle options.
The car I rented was infested with bed bugs. Now my apartment is infested with bed bugs. I work in healthcare and cannot be sleep deprived for my work so I had to get another place to stay until this is all cleared up. I'm really unhappy and this is literally thousands of dollars out of my own pocket. Cars should be cleaned and inspected after every use. Unacceptable.
