Budget car rental

Rented a truck for a move from Kansas. The guy in Kansas said if something happens and you need it an extra day let them know and they'll give you that day free of charge. My husband calls because our house closed a day late which we found out last minute. They said no worries it's taken care of. All of a sudden I'm charged an extra $250. I'm being told it was all the charges associated with the extra 3 hours we had the truck. NEVER were we told there would be extra charges or what they would be or if that was ok. We were under the impression we were good to go like we had been told. What a joke! I guess that's how they made up for being cheaper than their competitors!

Fast and efficient plus save a lot of $$ compared to the airport. Deffinatly go here if given the option.

These guys were awesome. I rented a car for a road trip to Indiana. I picked it up and it was a Kia that definitely had a cigarette smell, 30k miles and a tail light out message on the dash. Quick loop around 94/494 and I brought it back. They swapped it out with a Prius, which ran awesome. Didn't give me any grief about wanting something else.nnBrought the Prius back at the end of the rental period and he remembered my name and asked me how the car was. Would definitely rent from them again.
