I have heard nothing but amazing things from this company. Friendly drivers who care to make a positive impact on your day. They are always on time and even early some times! They’ll call when they arrive and always have smiles on their faces. Great up and coming company

This company goes out of their way to have clean vans. A smile on their face. The drivers always call when they arrive. Even if they are early. I get the option to come out and enjoy a conversation and arrive to my appointment on time. Much better than a lot other companies.

This company is based in Hutchinson MN and recently branched up north to the Duluth area. I’ve heard and experienced amazing things from this company. They’re the best medical transportation company in the area, and truly care about the clients. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

Amazing company. They are very busy, and still take the time to care for each and every client. Very professional and kind people working for this company. They recently started up in Duluth and beat every transportation company in the area! 10/10 would recommend.

Duluth MN 6 month period:nThey've been late twice.nOn a return ride I called for my ride and driver didn't know if they could come get me?? Dispatch didn't know what to tell me she said.nLateness? They do not care.period.nA no call no show today at 6:45 a.m...A dispatcher finally decided to show up and call me after 8.. because it's apparently not a priority to have anyone on call when they start picking up people... because they're too small of a company for that I was told!!!n(Repeated ACTIONS indicate customers priority status..but the verbal excuses finish that confirmation!!)nMy appointment was canceled but they didn't know by who...( THAT'S a comfort)nAll I've heard are lame excuses from these people. I've given them more than their number of chances and they continue to disappoint.. they'll probably never be accredited with the better business bureau.. they are very unreliable in the Duluth area!!Don't call them.. the only person that acts like they care and has any professionalism is a driver named Bob.
