Small, but usually good rates and staff is friendly and helpful

I rented a car to drive to the airport and was overcharged. Customer support first said I was late dropping the car off. I was sitting in my daughters house in Phoenix at time they claim I returned it. After that they claimed it needed gas. I always take a picture of the gas receipt and turn in the original. They okayed a refund. Upon return there was no agent at Terminal 2 even after I called the day prior for assurance. An hour later the agent at Terminal 1 apologized an offered a free upgrade. Again I was overcharged. Customer service says I was charged for the upgrade. I was remarkably calm explaining the circumstances, and was put on hold several minutes while he sought permission to reverse the charge. Now I only owed for gas AGAIN! (The gal at Blaine pushed the receipt back to me instead of taking it.) Again, a picture came to my rescue. There’s roughly two hours wasted on Budget this trip!
