Avis Car Rental

Worked with Natilynn. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was enjoyable. I had an issue with my vehicle, and ended up swapping it out at my destination location, but I was in contact with Natilynn before, during and after, and she was great to work with. She made my not so desirable situation much better. I can't say enough about her, and her great attitude and her professionalism. She made all the difference in my rental experience. I will be going back to rent from her in the future.

Great place! Melanie, the manager is so nice. Very attentive, professional and friendly. I have rented at this location more than a few times and I will continue doing so indefinitely :-)

DONT USE BLAINE AVIS!!!!! I have been using Avis for years. I will NEVER go back to this one again. I called the day of my rental to make sure I had xm radio and what size my vehicle would be, as XM was very importaint and on my reservations. She confirmed it did. I got there 4 hours later at my pick up time and the vehicle DID NOT have xm. I waited there over an hour and a half passed my pick up time for her to try to find another vehicle. Once she did she said it was my responsibility to go pick it up 40 mins away. I had reservations for over a week and called to confirm. I was driving across country. This was a huge time set back. She was also very rude. She wouldn't honor the coupon I had that was right from Avis. Upon dropping off my vehicle there was an extra $100 charge on there for roadside assistance that I DECLINED. She told me I had to call to get it taken off that she couldn't. Sat on hold with customer service for another 20-30 mins and they told me she had to do it they could only offer a discount not a full refund. Called her back and finally got her to take it off as she knew I declined everything. I have a lot of wasted time wrapped up into that vehicle., I will not be using that Avis again!!!!!

We had a 1pm pickup scheduled for Friday, Nov 29. Got there at 1:10 (stuck in traffic) and the door to the business was locked. The lights were on and the back gate to the rental car area was open. We had received a text about our reservations but the text said nothing about the place closing at 1 PM. We called the national number and they told us to go to the airport to pick up our car and that it would cost an additional $39 to pick up at the airport. Now we are taking a $32 UBER to the airport to get our car, all because the Blaine AVIS operator wanted to go shopping on black Friday. Very poor business practice! I would give this place zero stars if I could!
