Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location is by far one of the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is always nice and are happy to help with any problems. Especially the two ladies, I think it’s Mariah and Caitlin. It’s always a quick in and out and I love that they call me beforehand to confirm with my reservations. They are less hassle then other rental companies!nnWould definitely rent from this location again!

First and foremost - Shout out to Mariah one of the employees, she helped with so much and guided me through getting a car in seconds. She was amazing. This place is really clean and the customer service is great. I was able to rent a car for a week and everything went smoothly. The pick up and drop off was very easy and overall I’d recommend this to all my people. Purrr

I will never rent a car from anywhere else. I have been going here for years! Whatever you need they are right on it. Always friendly service at every location I have been to.

I have waited a week to post this, naively hopeful that someone would have reached out to me after having a problem and making Enterprise aware both by phone to corporate and upon returning the vehicle. Sadly I now will share a caution as to how safely they are cleaning their vehicles with Covid among us. I was a late pick up and thought the vehicle had a strange odor and wrote it off to disinfectant. Driving home the windshield was really hazy and required cleaning not just once but 4 times, my paper towel had a yellow gunk residue and as a former smoker, resembled nicotine. The smell was revealed when I went to put something in the trunk and it smelled like there was a skunk living in there. The last information from my rental agent was that there was NO smoking or pets. After reading several reviews this seems to be an on-going problem that is paid in lip-service apologies and nothing more. I don't feel that I should have needed to clean and then disinfect the car because I did not feel that it had been done properly. Also many people are strongly effected by the smell of marijuana, I made them aware of this problem because I did not want to be held responsible for it. There was no way to swap cars because of the office hours. Corporate promised a form of compensation and I was given a 10% off and free up grade on my next rental....... this is insult to injury and I feel as long as they are getting your money they have no care for the product/service they are giving. Beware, be safe, choose wisely.nnUPDATE: How a business chooses to address a problem, since problems are inevitable, says a lot. Thank you Conrad for addressing the above issue.

I’ve rented from this Enterprise several times- this will be the last. EVERYTIME I’ve gotten a rental I always have to clean the inside myself. Their cars are always dirty on the inside - filthy! I do not recommend going here!
