Never on time. Late an do makes you late with how the load the little drivers they have. It's a shame. I always try request to not have them. Get more drivers, better vans, and stop overloading the drivers with stop that are impossible. I would give a -100 if could.

I will never ever. tell my family or friends about this company. The service was terrible. I live 8 blocks away from the hospital. The new driver drove 15 miles from my house. Then he said where are you going. Black dodge Van. The driver is handicap, one of his leg was shorter than the other. Never ever, the worst.

I was driving on the highway when I noticed a van with the name regency transportation. The gentleman was driving over 90 mph and almost hit my car. I was only going 70 and the Van darted past me swerving while on the phone. The number on the van was 37. I called to report and the lady who answered said she was the manager (The name she gave was Nicole) after saying initially that she wasn’t. I asked respectfully why it seemed she was getting an attitude with me for simply calling and reporting.nnAgain guys I was literally just driving and saw how this company operates. I manage properties downtown in Detroit and HIGHLY discourage anyone using this service. These are the type of companies we need extracted. Take care guys!nnBlessings,nnLee

Regency transportation is the best company you could utilize when it comes to life sustaining trips. On time performance is out of this world. They are at your residence 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick up time & wait patiently outside until you are ready. No rush! Vehicles are in excellent condition & safe & clean! What more can you want from a transportation company? DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

I contacted the company to ensure that my transportation would arrive on time. The gentlemen who answered was courteous and informed me that my driver was running behind and that he would send another one in about 15 minutes. He was true to his word. The driver was professional and courteous. ud83dude01
