Clean rentals! New cars! Great pricing! Awesome staff! Thanks for helping fix my car while renting to us for a fair price.
Worst service ever. First they not only didn't have the minivan for six passengers we had reserved for our trip up north but wanted to give us a four seater instead as if my other passengers should just go in the roof or trunk. after that it has been a struggle to get a refund from their corporate office. First the info they sent me dost match with the records, they couldn't search my reservation by name and spent a better part of my day dealing with customer service to solve the issue. Stay away from this disorganized operation They almost ruined our trip and became an even bigger hazzel to get our money back. still waiting to see if I don't have to call back if I could I would give them a negative -10
