I had a one week rental of a compact car for work purposes. Despite this being a small location, I had very little wait at both pick up and drop off. Staff was friendly and quick. Car ran great and was very good on fuel. The price was very good, especially considering it was a last minute rental. I will be needing to rent a lot over the next couple of weeks and would gladly use this location again. Zero issues!

They don’t know what they’re doing here, they will charge you anything they feel WHENEVER. Got charged for a rental in November that I had back in early august for over $900 that should have been billed to my car insurance. Then I was told “there’s nothing we can do, the account has been closed”. The new “training manager” has no control over anything but yet acts against if he does, the general manager is never in store. They move slow and are very unprofessional. Save your time, and your money and travel a few miles down the road to the next Hertz. Do yourself a favor, cause these people, especially the “training manager” is an entire joke.

Rented a car for our vacation. I made the reservation, but for whatever reason my credit card declined for the deposit/hold, so my husband put his down. The gentleman told us that because I made the reservation, and he “paid” that he would HAVE to be a driver, which would add an additional $67 to our rental (what??). I spoke with a friend of ours that works as a manager at a different location, and confirmed that he was attempting to get more money out of us. I called the customer relations line to confirm, and sure enough! There was not supposed to be an additional charge.nDisputed it the day we dropped off the rental, and the gentleman did not even attempt to argue with us, just removed it. If that WAS actually policy, why didn’t you explain yourself??nThen he ignored our request to pay the final charge with a different card. So much headache.nNever renting from Hertz again.

Highly recommended place to rent a car, very professional staff, maintaining Covid precautions, very friendly and welcoming whole staff especially location manager Mr. Sohail.nI would highly recommend this location.
