I had to get a rental for an insurance claim and as a first time renter the experience was great! The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and made the process super efficient and quick! The vehicle was also immaculate. I will definitely be going back, if ever needed. Thank you ud83dude0a

24 hours before spring break with my family, and the rental I reserved in January from another company cancelled on me because they said they overbooked. I called all over trying to find something, anything that could accommodate us. I spoke with Shannon, who explained they were booked as well, but sometimes have cancellations, and she would see what she could do and get back to me. Within a half an hour she called me back and told me she had a vehicle she could hold for me, and if it was more convenient for me, I could pick it up a day early at no extra charge! This level of customer experience often goes unnoticed, as people are quick to write a bad review. I want to make sure that Shannon and Enterprise know how very grateful I am for going out of your way for us. Even though this location is further from my home, I will never go anywhere else when I need a rental. Thank you!

The car was an excellent car to drive, my only big complaint would be, I asked for a car that someone did not smoke in. It was covered up with some kind of cleaning spray, which made it worse. My masks that I kept in the car to wear in a store, smelled just like a cigarette.
