Enterprise Rent-A-Car

With the recent vehicle rental at an Albuquerque Enterprise, I was grateful for the customer care and service. While driving the vehicle from Albuquerque to Roswell, NM the "malfunction indicator" appeared and the cruise control stopped working before reaching Vaughn, NM. In Vaughn, I called the Enterprise in Albuquerque to report the problem, and asked for a change of vehicle in Roswell. Once I arrived in Roswell, I drove to the Enterprise on south main but the malfunction indicator was not present. It was recommended to drive the vehicle around in Roswell in hopes the malfunction indicator would appear. Within thirty minutes it did so I returned to Roswell Enterprise on south main. After a visual walk-around and the determination there was no vehicle available in the size and price range, I agreed with Mr. Jose's assessment that the tires were fine, but perhaps the vehicle had a front end passenger side fender bender. I asked him to note on my account that I had not damaged the vehicle to avoid an additional charge for the damage. The vehicle was returned promptly as reserved and I shared the story with the helpful agent. Due to the lack of cruise control, and no other damage to the car, the nice agent reduced the rental cost by 2-days!!! The company I work for recommends Enterprise Rent-A-Car with a discount to employees. I will return again and again because of the excellent customer service and 10% discount. Thank you!

Impeccable online booking followed by in-store professional service that dotted the "i" on my booking. Returning the car was a breeze. I had had a close encounter with a jumping (flying) roadrunner outside Santa Rosa, NM that destroyed the casing of my passenger-side mirror. No problem. The liability insurance that my representative recommended I add at very little cost took care of that mishap. No fuss, no muss. Just "Thank you sir. We'll take care of that. You are covered." I always enjoy renting from Enterprise. The people that help you are very nice and professional. I was picked up at the shop driven back to their office where I did the paperwork and received the car, an upgraded one at no additional cost no less. Another great experience with Enterprise

Good place to rent and have cars available most times. They picked me up at the mechanic in good time. Good conversations with employees.

Purposely changed rental car companies from Avis to Enterprise so I could pick up rental earlier. Showed up at Enterprise at 7:30am was requested only to be informed they didn’t have a vehicle for me. Told me to go have breakfast and they would have one shortly for me. Went to breakfast and came back and still no rental available. Finally around 9am my rental was available. Because of Enterprise delay I missed entrance into the National park I was to visit because of a timed entry. I was very dissatisfied with their delay. The staff and vehicle were good but this delay ruined our 1st day of vacation.
