I had to get a rental first thing Monday morning and was beyond happy with the service I received. Adam, had everything taken care of and I was able to leave with my rental within minutes. My rental had to be extended through my insurance and when I called to confirm Dylan answered and already knew it was before having to explain the situation. The guys there made everything so easy and we’re very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend this shop any time you need a rental!

I have found this new Enterprise rental location (for me) with which I am very pleased! This is due in no small part to Dillon, the Manager! He very promptly and efficiently assisted me at the time of my pickup and return in a very courteous and professional manner! He provided great customer service for which I was most appreciative! We used Enterprise after having some previous good experiences. We needed a minivan, but it was not available when we arrived. We were upgraded to a Suburban. Although we were at first not wanting to use that for various reasons, we accepted it, and were quite pleased with the whole experience. We had the car for a week. The rate was fair, the car was excellent for our needs, and we had no issues. The employees were very kind and knowledgeable. All in all a very good experience.
Great local group to work with in Washington, Michigan. Went beyond the call of duty to find me the correct car for my needs. Adam is great!
