Wish I would have read these reviews before making my reservation. Made a reservation weeks in advance. Get a call the day of to tell me the location is closed. After a couple of hours of phone calls and driving to a new location, was left with a cancelled reservation and no car for my trip (all other rental places closed at noon today, Saturday and we were supposed to leave tonight). Worst customer service from a company I have ever dealt with. Won’t EVER be shopping Hertz again.
Always receive exceptional service. Friendly and helpful staff.
I’m so disappointed with this place, I use to love this location but now there closed with no explanation, so don’t make reservations here because there closed!
So they decide to temporarily close after I made my reservation two weeks ago. Had to scramble to find another rental car and no other Hertz were available. No help at all. Cancelled reservation and went with another rental company that doesnt outsource. Got my rental and confirmation guaranteed for my travel date. Never again will I go through Hertz. No wonder why they are in bankruptcy.
Didn't have the vehicle I requested and had to pay a higher price for a different vehicle because of their mistake. Will never go back
