(3-1-2021)update to my review...gladly I can say that the manager reached out to me and informed me that they dropped the claim against me,highly proud of this,and happy that it was settled this way so I'm able to use enterprise still,and will use this location as well..thank you........Still fighting tooth and nail to get my deposit,the manager at this location needs to be looked into and removed from her duties.didnt have enough money to buy their full coverage insurance,they were waiting on someone to come along with that situation so they could pin the damages on someone.so many similar reviews about this horrible manager at this location,taking peoples deposits,being rude to people, mainly cause their low income not able to afford their coverage.im not giving up till I get my deposit ..trying to say I damaged their vehicle when ists obvious to a blind eye that the damages were their.highly upset and will not use enterprise at all I till this issue is resolved,after that I'll use a different location.
The young lady at the front desk was friendly, professional and very upbeat. She explained everything to us and made us feel very comfortable with with our rental car.
Fast and friendly stuff. I’m always in and out in less than 5 minutes! Nice cars too..I keep going back ud83dude42
