Avis Car Rental

Booked online through a third party website we got a great deal. Although it was busy it was fast friendly and got a nice vehicle.

Rent frequently from them, they consistently hand out vehicles a class lower than you pay for. Make sure you are getting what you paid for or they will gladly just take it from you and give you exactly what u didn't want

Only reason for the one star is the fact that I actually received a vehicle. The how, what and why are a totally different subject and would not give any stars for.nnYour customers may sometimes need to extend a vehicle due to their employers and wanting them to stay a longer period of time. So changes may happen. You should atleast give a listen and try to work with them where all parties involved benefit, not just your company leaving a customer on the street in a different state.

Office Clerk/Manager is extremely professional and kind. He was prompt and helpful! I was in and out without a reservation in less than 15 minutes with a great deal! So awesome I got the car I wanted. Will rent from this place again!

Did not get the van I rented. There was no notification that we have to confirm every reservation. I have rented from Avis before and always got what I rented. They told me I can switch it at another location. The Hershey PA location was very unprofessional. Although they had vehicles available they were not ready to switch. The customer service people and location people are not on the same page. Although it was not Avis's fault, the customer service is horrible. Once we book we should be able to get the car we booked. The confirmation is a new thing. I would always advise people to now confirm their booking over the phone even if they received email confirmation. Not a very good experience.
