Yes they have good cars and the prices are the same as everyone else. Made a reservation. They didn't have a car for me at the time I was to pickup. They take no responsibility in the store for the online reservation, even though they push you to reserve online. They never got me a car or called to say they didn't have one. Found out they want a 150 deposit too. Never said that before. They say it's in the fine print. So ok. The next day go back for 2nd reservation. Now the deposit is 300. They are understaffed and under trained.
Wonderful experience Stacy and the staff there go above and beyond I had a long trip they got me a great vehicle at a great price customer service was over the top will definitely use them again
Budget car rental was great very understanding and clean cars
not as good as the big companies, BUT cheaper!
The guy checking me in with nice but the car smelled like cigarettes and there was nothing they could do about it because there was no other cars available. I don't think I will be choosing budget next time for a rental car
