Took my car in after white smoke was coming out of the hood. I thought it was the water pump leaking coolant but it turns out it was oil leaking out of the valve cover. I took my car in before my vacation and they were very flexible and allowed me to keep my car there for a week while I was gone. When I came back they showed me how I actually didn't need to replace the water pump and told me I was all set. I asked how much I owed them and they said since they didn't need to replace the water pump their time was complementary. They just asked that if I couldn't fix the oil leak on my own I take my car there. Great service, would recommend!

I have had several repairs of accident damages at B&T. Always seamless repairs and at a price less than estimated at other shops. Nice gentlemen who take the time to explain and answer questions.
