Small place. Need to offer American vehicles as well as Foreign vehicles as options for rentals.
Spencer is great and easy person to deal with, he will try to help with any situations.
My wife and i had an isue, the worst enterprise location! Do not use this location! They do not fulfill your appreciation rewards for being a repeat customer, nor have any decent vehicle available for rental. Now I have wasted my double upgrade reward which was sent to my email, because they can't fulfill it, and I could only redeem this offer once thru the email. I made the reservation more than 48 hours prior to my reservation, so they had plenty of time to find a full size vehicle. Not like I was looking for a luxury car or something hard to find!! And because this promotion was applied to my reservation, without me actually being allowed to use it, I'm ending up forfeiting my 5% off I usually get for being a repeat customer!! If I could put no star, I would!! Try to call their customer service, and it's only a machine and no customer service representatives available. So now I'm going on my trip with a small uncomfortable car... NEVER, EVER AGAIN.. stay clear of this enterprise location
I had rented a car here on a Sunday for the Friday after. Friday morning I received a call, they had no car there for me. I was traveling to my parents in Ohio for the holidays. She told me, I would have to wait until the next week. Then I called the 800 number and hey said Lapeer had one for me. Twenty minutes later, I receive a call from a guy there and he was kind of laughing saying they didn’t have a vehicle that size. Terrible customer service and I didn’t get to go home with my children for the holidays.
