Absolutely awful. Made a reservation for this morning at the Enterprise site and got a confirmation. Took an Uber 70 miles because I couldn’t get a car at the airport last night. Based on the confirmed reservation, planned to pick up my car the next morning. Got an email (didn’t even call!) that they shouldn’t have confirmed my reservation because they had no cars. Expected me to just accept that. I asked for help in getting a car from another location and the MANAGER refused to help me in any way. Just said there was nothing he could do. All the time I was on hold, their recordings were claiming, “we go the extra mile” and “we’ll pick you up.” Their marketing needs to get in touch with the reality that Enterprise is no longer the great customer-focused company it was and they don’t stand behind their commitments at all. I get that COVID makes it hard, but they didn’t even care that they’ve now left me stranded with no options. I have been an Enterprise customer for 25 years and will never use them again. I just switched my company’s membership to Hertz and they have been fantastic to help me out of this jam. Run from Enterprise to Hertz if you want to actually get the car they promised.

So easy to reserve a car on the web site. When I arrived car was ready and met promptly. We walked around the car together to make sure there was no damage. Upon returning 2 days early, once again prompt meeting and walk around was complete and I was on my way. Pleasant profession people to deal with.
