Would give negative stars if possible never rent from hertz in northern Michigan

Terrible experience. Would give zero stars if possible. Booked a rental car weeks in advance, and upon arrival I was informed that my reservation had never been put into the computer, leaving me with no rental car. By the time they finally found a car for me, I was hours behind schedule. I was also promised a discounted rate upon return of the vehicle, which I never received. Avoid at all costs.
