I recently rented a car from them for a weekend trip. The car was spotless and they even left extra sanitizing wipes in it for me. They were very professional and made the entire process very easy. I will definitely rent from them again.
To say Ben was a life-saver is an understatement. After a series of bad luck on a trip to Bay City for a friend’s wedding, Ben managed to get me a rental, pick me up (!!!), and arrange to drop the car back off at a different location. He went out of his way to help and was extremely nice and professional. Honestly, thank God for Ben! 10 stars if google would let me give that.
