Budget Car Rental

First car they tried to give me smelled like an ash tray, second car was dirty inside and out. Office was dirty as well with trash overflowing from the trash can. Do not recommend.

I made reservations 2 weeks in advance.nReceived phone call 19 hours before rental that vehicle will not be available.Very unprofessional!!!nDo not recommend!!!

My go to location whenever I need a car. Cars are always clean and ready to go. friendly staff i love this location for it’s easy access to i55 and i80

The guy take care of me was very nice. Very helpful. But me personally I really rather enterprises on budget

Extremely rude staff. I’m spending almost $1000 with the place and was treated with so much disrespect. A manager locked up my credit card trying to charge my card without my consent, I confronted them about it Via telephone and they lied about the entire situation. He also told me he is demanding the car be returned after I called him out on b.s knowing that I technically had until the morning per contract. This place is horrible I will be contacting corporate ASAP!
