We have used enterprise in every city we have lived, they are usually pretty good! However this enterprise at the PIA, is the best! We frequented the pioneer parkway one and they were ok, but this one is just hands down the best! Very kind and easy to deal with! The cars are always clean too! They’re on top of things all the time!

If I could leave zero stars, I would as I am writing this review from the Peoria Airport as I wait for an Uber to transport me to the Enterprise off of Pioneer Parkway. I landed at 7:30AM and reserved a rental via Enterprise months in advance, only to arrive to no representative on site. I am unsure why I was able to book a reservation for a vehicle for a time earlier than you open. There were absolutely no representatives on sight -- very disappointing. Would not book through them again, at least from this location.

I rented my car from enterprise. This is an intermediate sized car (Nissan Versa), apparently non-smoking. As soon as I left the lot and turned the AC on, the stench of cigarettes filled up the car. Additionally, the car is wobbling as soon as it reaches 60miles per hour. I will try to come in the morning to have the car changed. I will addend my experience with enterprise based on my interaction tomorrow. Hopefully I get a better car and the issue resolves.nnEdit:nEverything was taken care of at this location. No questions asked. I am therefore changing my rating to 4 star (one star minus for the faulty car I was given initially).

The car was almost new, just over a 1000 mi, I got a upgrade. It had too much high tech stuff and for a new car the Peoria Airport had it so Fu Fumed .up I could not breathe. Good thing it was a warm day and I drove the first hour with the windows down

No wait. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful (6 stars). Got an upgrade which worked out great for us. I'm usually very happy renting from Enterprise.
