Alamo Rent A Car

That's a negative star. Had a reservation for the weekend and my flight into Peoria was delayed. Spent 45 mins on hold to let someone know, even though they had my flight number. Of course the guy I talked to was at a call center, not at this location. So he said he didn't know if someone would be there since they closed at 9 and my flight was now not going to be there until a little after 10. Several of us on that flight had reservation with them and of course no one was there when we got there. The other car rental companies had people there, but unfortunately they were all sold out. They even said people are suppose to stay until the last flight comes in. Been gone for 4 weeks and finally was able to fly home for a busy weekend. But thanks to Alamo, I'm stranded without a car! I'll never do business with them again!

I reserved my vehicle online and when I got to the counter I had no problems checking out. Customer service was very courteous and took care of me very quickly. This is one of the reasons why I continued to go back to Alamo.

The service was excellent. The agent was friendly and quick. I really appreciated the free upgrade. I will always use Alamo when I visit Peoria, Illinois.

Make sure to book ahead of time, always sold out

It was very easy and inexpensive to rent a really nice car for a few days. The associate at the airport was friendly and helpful. I will be renting there again.
