The rental car was fine as was the service person. The only issue was that the fuel level was down OVER 1/8 from full. I took pictures before I left the lot and let them know when I returned it. The service agent was trying to figure out how to give me credit for filling it up completely but I needed to catch a flight. It wasn’t a major issue, just not quite as expected.
Easy to book, pick up, and return. Their rental prices are considerably lower than the bigger companies, so that was ultimately the reason why I chose National Car Rental.
Great staff, great car, rental went very smoothly. I would highly recommend.
I use National as part of my job and have enjoyed the service and friendly experience.
