Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was my first time using Enterprise. The customer service was above and beyond amazing. Picking up and dropping off the car was easy and hassle free. I will definitely be using them for any future rentals!

I started my rental in Huntington tri state airport and the person at the counter did not do a walk around of the car with me before I rented it. This person also said they didn't know how we could reserve it to be dropped off somewhere else. That's what car rental places do. The place that I returned it to was very polite and very helpful. The team at the Cumberland, Md office are very good at their job. I gave it a 4 cause of the Cumberland office.

We have used Enterprise Rent a car several times and have never been disappointed with customer service or the vehicle we got. The employees have went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the vehicle and services we received. We will definitely use Enterprise again.

I specifically rented a Jeep Wrangler for a week long, top off, drive down the Blue Ridge Parkway. We went to pick up our rental on the day we were leaving for our road trip and was advised that they didn’t have a Jeep Wrangler and was offered a “sports car” instead. The sole purpose for renting a Jeep was to drive a 469 mile stretch of road where the maximum speed limit is 45 mph. Yes... face palm. Enterprise has historically treated me well, but they epically dropped the ball in this instance.

I rented a Chevy Malibu from the airport in Huntington WV on July 19th. The car was clean and had been sanitized, so I was pleased with it. The man at the counter was pleasant and courteous, so all was good there.nnThe return on July 23rd was not as good as the young woman, who was busy playing with her phone when I got there, was not in the least pleasant or polite. Not a please or thank you to be found, just demands for information from me. I think she was put out that I interrupted her Facebook or Instagram time. I thought Enterprise prided themselves on hiring only the best of the best. I don't know how this person slipped through the cracks. Next time it's Avis!!
