I’ve rented cars from them a few times and they’ve always been professional and easy to work with. I went through an insurance claim and got a rental through Enterprise. They were “on it” immediately. I had just hung up with the insurance when Enterprise called me to ask what sort of car I wanted, when I could pick it up, etc. I asked if they’d pick me up at home and they did. The whole process was seamless. From the insurance claim rental to personal rentals, it’s always been a seamless experience. I did have an issue with one of the rentals, and when I brought it up, they corrected it immediately. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience with this company they kept my deposit of $100 and didn't tell me they were charging me for extra insurance it was just a big joke I was thinking I was going to get $50 back from my deposit while they kept it I'll never go back there again ever I give this one star if I could give it less I would the only nice person there was Frank who gave me a ride home

No hassle...Very good experience!!! The staff is friendly, professional, and excellent with their communication skills. I scheduled a pick up time, and my car and driver were there 5 minutes early which was perfect. The paperwork was easy and everything was explained clearly.nnThe rental car was almost brand new, clean both inside and out, and we had reserved it for 1 week. I ordered a mid size SUV and felt that the car was fairly priced.nnI would definitely reserve, and have on previous visits, rented our cars from Enterprise in Huntley, Illinois. It is also easy to return the rental...no delays.
