William is the BEST! He goes beyond for his customer's and try to help everyone when it's a shortage on vehicle's at the macomb location. He's the reason why I'll always rent and suggest my friend's and family to rent from enterprise. ♥ufe0f

This is one of the best enterprise I have ever visited. William the customer representative in this branch is super helpful, and very convinient to work with, I would highly recommend this branch just because of william. Definately a great customer service. Very friendly atmosphere.

Enterprise provides a roadside assistance number. I called said number 3 times for a flat tire. Was placed on hold for more than an hour total. Never got assisted in any way. DM’d their twitter account. Whoever responded suggested I call 911. For. A. Flat. Tire. Answer your damn phone.

After striking a deer and nearly totaling my truck in November (2019), Enterprise had me back on the road early the next day. Due to the GM strike & replacement parts not readily available, I needed Enterprise for an extended amount of time. My insurance covered the first 3 weeks, but the next 5 weeks were outta pocket. Not only did Enterprise give me the best rate possible, I was also give the opportunity to use 3 different vehicles in there fleet. Not only did they pick me up, but they dropped me off when my truck was completed. Will, Darnell, Ashley and the other fella whose name eludes me (Macomb fire fighter who works there PT but is just as awesome as the three listed above), were a pleasure to work with, exceeded expectations and represented the company extremely well. Sincerely, thank you very much for the effort, it was greatly appreciated. First time I needed Enterprise and happy to have had opportunity to do business with you. Keep up the great work!
