Budget Car Rental

If I could choose 0 stars I would. Do not ever rent from Budget. I gave them 2 tries and each time no car available. Tried calling Budget main line and waited on hold for 30 minutes to try to get a refund. The local office in Libertyville, IL would not and could not help us with our refund. I wasted so much time with them. Learned a good lesson always go to Enterprise

Soooo satisfied with this facility!! Ritu is amazing to work with!! So friendly and so helpful! With a last minute fall through from another company Ritu saved the day for us and if i could give 100 stars I would!

The first vehicle we received was found to have some minor issues with it within a day of a 2 week rental. The staff at Budget in Libertyville quickly replaced it with a similar vehicle without the issues and with no hassle. It was greatly appreciated.

Just picked up a car from this place 10-15 min ago. It was quick and easy, no up sale stuff, two ladies took care of the process. One took care of the paper works 2nd took care of the car and pulled it up. Place is small and easy to miss.
